My story
My name is Zofia, and my professional journey has always been deeply rooted in the startup and tech ecosystem. I’ve worked at the intersection of innovation, ambition, and problem-solving — most recently as Microsoft Germany Startup Business Lead, where I supported early-stage startups in scaling their products and teams. It was an exciting ride, but I also experienced firsthand how the relentless pace of the industry can lead to burnout, disconnection, and a constant feeling of "not enough."
Spending long hours behind screens, navigating high-pressure environments, and striving to exceed expectations became the norm — for me, and for many around me. That realization sparked a personal transformation. I began exploring mindfulness, yoga, and community-based practices as a way to reconnect with myself and create a more sustainable approach to work and life.
Now, I support individuals and teams in doing the same.
My approach blends movement, mindfulness, and science-backed methods to help people reset their nervous systems, strengthen mental resilience, and navigate complexity with clarity. My training spans yoga instruction (500-hour certified), bodywork (Thai Massage, Zenthai Shiatsu, Reiki), coaching (Systemic Business Coach), and mindfulness (MBSR, Positive Intelligence, Inner MBA)."
Whether I’m guiding a yoga class, coaching leaders, or facilitating workshops, I help people reconnect — with themselves and with others.
